Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama bahwa pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2011 adalah hari kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia, tapi hari kemerdekaan kali ini begitu berbeda dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Kok bisa?

Gerund adalah kata benda yang terbentuk dari kata kerja yang berakhiran –ing misalnya :

Adverb Phrase

Definition:

A word group with an adverb as its head. This adverb may be accompanied by modifiers or qualifiers.

An adverb phrase can modify a verb, an adjective, or another adverb, and it can appear in a number of different positions in a sentence.
